Weekend project

Construction must be in the air!

We had a remodeling project at the Drau household this weekend...replacing a set of windows with a French door to the new deck.

...I kinda like that open "airy" feeling ..lets just leave it this way...

At the end of (a very long) Day one... we have a door!

Day two consisted of:
<ul type="square">[*]ripping out the rest of the wall (I really hate old plaster walls)[*]putting in insulation - which I guessing wasnt invented in 1926 cuz there was none[*]filling all the gaps[*]relocating the electrical[*]installing an outside outlet[*]putting up drywall[/list]

now for the joy of "mudding" the walls [img]frown.gif[/img]
